About RJ Lincoln

Since the establishment of RJ Lincoln Cartage Contractors Ltd in 1988, Raymond Lincoln has seen his business expand. From our humble beginnings consisting of just one truck and trailer unit based in Tokoroa, to nine truck and trailer units, including three based in Napier. The company also owns a small warehouse at 21 Boronia Street in Tokoroa, a four tonne forklift and a twenty-four tonne forklift.

Mr Lincoln can attribute the success of his business to the great service and reliability we provide to our customers. RJ Lincoln Cartage Contractors Ltd strive to continue the growth of our business by constantly helping our customers wherever possible and consistently meeting customer demands and deadlines.

Vehicles

To remain reliable and effecient RJ Lincoln Cartage Contractors Ltd has a vehicle replacement program that will see all trucks replaced every five years. This also enables us to keep up to date with new technology and regulations, and to continue adding value to our company. The trucks are currently serviced regularly on weekends by Truckstops (N.Z) Ltd who keep all maintenance up to date.

Health and Safety

Health and Safety is a priority of RJ Lincoln Cartage Contractors Ltd. Drivers have regular meetings concerning health and safety and several policies of our own and of individual customers are adhered to. RJ Lincoln Ltd is currently working through the an ACC audit in compliance with workplace safety management.

Staff

As with any company RJ Lincoln Cartage Contractors Ltd would not exist without it's staff and they are the number one asset of the company. Raymond is Managing Director and has recently employed Gavin O'Donoghue as a manager to help with key accounts and to help grow the business. As manager he is responsible for eight permanent drivers, one casual driver and two administration staff. He also employes sub contractors when necessary and ensures that our high standards are always met.
